The Falklands War (Spanish: Guerra de las Malvinas) was a 10-week undeclared war between Argentina and also the United Kingdom in 1982 over 2 British dependent territories in the South Atlantic: the Falkland Islands as well as its territorial dependence, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands.
